Education has always been a passion of mine, and my goal is to make math engaging, accessible, and fun for every student—no matter where they are starting from.

Before transitioning into education, I worked as a civil engineer and raised my two sons. I bring over 10 years of classroom experience teaching middle school math, where I specialize in breaking down tricky concepts into clear, manageable steps.

I have a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), and a M.S. in Engineering from Northeastern University.

When I'm not teaching, I love exploring how math applies to real-world problem-solving and finding new ways to make learning interactive. Because of my engineering background and years in the classroom, I know that students learn best when math comes alive. I love incorporating project-based learning, hands-on activities, and useful tech tools to make math concept-driven rather than just memorization. Mistakes are a natural and important part of learning. I foster a supportive, zero-stress environment where students feel comfortable asking questions.
