Lindsay is a certified Dyslexia interventionist and English teacher who is passionate about supporting students’ literacy development. With a Master’s in Education and Orton Gillingham certification, she has experience working with students from Kindergarten to 12th grade. Her lessons range from specific phonics and fluency interventions to more generalized reading comprehension strategies or writing support, depending on each student’s individual needs.
Along with her literacy training, Lindsay has experience teaching executive functioning and social-emotional learning courses and utilizes supportive strategies in her tutoring. She believes we all have the capacity to learn and we must honor our neurodiversity. She loves watching students have “aha” moments as they push themselves to conquer challenging work and accomplish their learning goals.
